e.	Summary of his argument: Co-owner/equal partner Stephen Jaffess.  Steve 
had Orthopedic Sx on shoulder, never put boat in water.  Boat is registered 
100% to Richard Dyer.  Did not use mooring at all.  Richard wants to keep 
the mooring, Stephen wants to own the boat.  Richard to put a smaller boat if 
can keep it-Norseboat.  Suggest tabling until 12/18 & Richard can send 
more information on plans.
