COMMUNICATIONS:
1. E-mail from
Town Administrator that the Board of selectmen Requests that the WWC act on all
appeals, positively or negatively, not refer them to the BOS with no action
taken.
2. Mooring
usage from Charles Beggs postponed without prejudice until August 18,
2004 meeting.
3. Letters were read concerning Wequasett Inn having 3
illegal moorings

FORUM:
APPEALS:
1. The
Waterways Committee moved to DENY Mike Burns appeal to be put back on the Waiting list,
because he missed the deadline date. Discussion along the line of the date of
appeal over a month from the “OLD DEADLINE”, to the fact that 900 people did
not find the new Regulations and applications confusing.
2. Bill Craig,
seeking approval from the WWC to loan his mooring to a friend for the rest of
the year.
