• The reading of the September 2^nd, 2003 minutes was postponed until next meeting.
• Old Business, Sid Zeigler gave an Allen Harbor bulkhead update
• Open Discussion, “No Comments”

New Regulations…#5….Special Waterways Permit and/or Slip Transfers Process; Chairman asked that this regulation be skipped.

• Item 8,….Lengthy discussion on Annual-Bi-annual Mooring Inspection.

Item7,…..Lengthy discussion on Seasonal Commercial and Special Purpose Mooring Permit Requirements

The Chairman closed the public comment portion of the meeting at 8:55 PM

• Election of Officers for 2004
• Paul Donovan was nominated and elected Chairman, unopposed.

Murray Johnson and Eric Winer were nominated for Vice Chairman/Clerk.

Eric Winer was elected.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 PM
