Minutes Read. 1.October 21, 2003 accepted unanimously

2. October 29, 2003 Special Meeting accepted unanimously.

Report of Town Officials: None present

OLD BUSINESS: Dockages rates tabled due to Selectmen’s’ Public Hearing, Nov. 20, 2003

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Public Hearing on mooring regulations put on hold.

2. Paid Parking put on hold for selectmen’s action.

3. Allen’s Harbor Bulkhead project put on hold due to Harbormaster’s absence.

4. DEEP PROJECT established committee of Matt Hart and Paul Donovan to research.

5. Harbor of Refuge: presented by Michael Schreibman. Project consists of breakwater outside Saquatucket Harbor and to the east, or off Red River East Breakwater. He is waiting for a decision of feasibility from friends in Army Corps of Engineers, and an n engineering firm, before proceeding further.
