Mooring Waiting List on-line renewal

You may use this form to electronically renew your position on the Harwich Harbormaster Office mooring waiting list (deadline April 1st). Please complete the information requested from the Harbormaster's Office. You may submit completed form by clicking button at bottom of page. Renewal Fee $12.


It is agreed that any person wishing to have his or her name placed on the waiting list(s) must annually before April 1st so advise the Harbormaster in writing and pay him (the Town of Harwich) a fee of $10 plus $2 administration fee (on electronic forms). This twelve dollar ($12) fee is non-refundable. It is agreed that the name on the waiting list(s) shall be advanced from year-to-year only if the annual fee is paid. Mooring space will be assigned to parties whose names have been on the list longest, as space becomes available. It is further agreed that when a mooring becomes available it will be occupied by a boat owned by the person whose name appears on the list. Mooring space is non-transferable, other than surviving spouse, and non-subleasable. The Harbormaster may refuse any vessel whose size exceeds space available.
