It is agreed that any person wishing to have his or her name placed on the waiting list(s) must annually before April 1st so advise the Harbormaster in writing and pay him (the Town of Harwich). It is agreed that the name on the waiting list(s) shall be advanced from year-to-year only if the annual fee is paid. Boat slips will be assigned to parties whose names have been on the list longest, as space becomes available. It is further agreed that when a berth becomes available it will be occupied by a boat owned by the person whose name appears on the list. Boat slips/moorings are non-transferable, other than surviving spouse, and non-subleasable.
