Surfing Logbook

(03/11/06) Saturday. a 60F afternoon and some waist high waves brings out about ten surfers scattered down North Beach. Tom, BB and Brice T. hook up on some mushy sets near ramp 3.5, still it's great just getting on the water. The exercise was a good thing... wake up those shoulder muscles. Brice's new board a Cali job is a very cool 9-4 custom. Hopefully, this is a good sign spring is not too far.

(11/28/05) Monday. Late day sesh. Barry and Tom in on some nice chest high waves at the parking lot while Jackie takes advantage of one of the warmest evenings of the fall to walk the beach where she spots a cute pup seal resting on the shore. Counted about 10 bros enjoying the favorable breaks. Oh yes. Gorgeous sunset with high reflective clouds.

11/27/05 Sunday. Tom,Tommy catch up with Luke and Des at outer beach for some afternoon growlers. Water temp taken at 46.6F, air temp 53.4F at 1:30PM.

(11/26/05) Saturday. Working off that turkey Tommy, Tom, BB, Luke and Des after cruising outer beach meet up at Ramp #1 for a decent sesh in weak waves and cool water. 43F air water temp(?). We all had alot of fun for about an hour and a half with a a sur-real sky of pink with gray clouds near dusk, and a fishing trawler with its deck lights passing outside the break close aboard. Very neat! Wish I had my camera!
