	Dredging—all permits from ACE have to be renewed in 2006 all across the country.

	Tom—using local engineer firms to assist.  What about off Cape firms?  Tom—if you know of one let me know.  ESS, Wellesley, Charles Natalie—uses local contractors and maybe doing this could drive the price down through competitive bids.

	Town fuel dock is out to bid, due 12/2/05.  Matt concerned about max price.

	Where is the price coming from that is so high on the water for fuel?  $3.899 per gallon at AHMS and $3.90 per gallon at Saquatucket.  Tom says $0.23 per gallon goes to the Town.  Where does the other $1.25 per gallon go?  (When gas on the street is $2.30 per gallon).

MOTION:  The Commercial Vessel Slip Permit—Greater than Six Passengers (excluding Ferry)—Former “D” Permit—2006 Dockage Rate be $8.00/sq ft and 2007 Dockage Rate be $9.00/sq ft.


VOTE: Unanimous

MOTION: That for the entities that include the Commercial Vessel Slip Permit—Greater than Six Passengers and the Ferry Permit —Former “D” Permits—there be a 10% transfer fee on the gross sales price of the business—including all assets—payable to the Town at the time of closing.
