Call to Order: Mike Cienava called the meeting to order. The commission members welcomed selectman Zeigler.

Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved by Charles Beggs, seconded by Fred Clancy. So voted.

Mr. Tom Leach, Harbormaster, was unable to be present this evening, having accepted the responsibility of presenting awards to the Sailing Team. "Good show Tom".

Two miscellaneous items were discussed breifly. The quick solution to provide water at the town dock and the dock which was returned to its normal position. Approved by all with some hesitation, i.e., constructive comments.

The remainder of the meeting was spenton discussing pros and cons of the following subject matter with no significant changes occurring:

#1 - regarding slips at the marinas and how they move withing the family. We are reminded that by law, father and mother are allowed; siblings are not. To clarify somewhat further if the person (son etc.) is already on the waiting list in the top spot, the passing of that slip to the sibling is authorized.

#2 - What constitutes in partnership, percentage of ownership, business, etc.. What percentage do we engage as being proper (51%, 49%) and is proper paperwork being submitted to qualify and prove this partnership.

#4 - Vacated Slips - re: large and small vessels and where are they allowed to be. This would fall to the discretion of the harbormaster.
