This was a brief meeting due to the requirement of a Board of Selectmen’s meeting with the Waterways Commission about Rules Changes at 7:30 PM. There were some discussions about the wording for approval of the “A” Permit not needing a log book. Also discussion about the “Two Slip” hearing being only approved to present to the BOS. This regulation change was not voted on by the WWC due to the concern by the WWC Chairman that it may have the appearance of a conflict of interest due to the four members on the commission that utilize the town owned harbors as part of their commercial businesses.
